The company was established with the goal of making the invoice financing service, which had already gained popularity in Scandinavia for several years, accessible to small and medium-sized businesses in Estonia. Factor became the first Estonian company to offer invoice purchasing factoring services. That year, the first client contracts were signed, and the first invoices were factored.

We began cooperation with one of Sweden’s leading factoring companies, Amfa Bank.

Our primary focus remains on Estonian companies, and thanks to good results and pleasant collaborations, Factor’s recognition continues to grow. We also became a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

We conducted a client satisfaction survey, and the results were outstanding: 99% of clients were satisfied with the quality of our service, 98% were satisfied with the speed of invoice processing, 91% with our service pricing, and 100% with the simplicity of our services. Everyone who responded would recommend Factor to their friends and business partners.

Eight years of consistent and stable market presence brought us a lot of praise from clients and, for the first time, an official AA credit rating. This would not have been possible without our excellent partners. A big thank you and deep respect to all our clients and partners!

Tough times bring out true friends and reliable partners. The COVID-19 pandemic, changes in supply chains, and economic uncertainty tested all businesses. Factor Finance remained true to its mission – to stand by our clients during difficult times and provide uninterrupted support.

Long-term stability and transparency are our priorities. While the financial results of Factor were previously rated A and AA, in 2024, we achieved the highest possible rating, AAA, confirming our reliability and strength in the financial market.
